We spend the first part of the next 30 days reviewing and analyzing recurring themes from interviews and drawing connections across inefficiencies.
Phase 3: Data Assessment
We spend the second part of the next 30 days reviewing elements used in the current, internal project management workflow & processes (e.g. intake forms or resource documentation) and determining effectiveness.
Phase 4: Recommendations & Action Plans
In the last 30 days, we develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements (e.g. project tiers and corresponding workflows).
